We do not take a "one size" fits all approach when working with our client partners. Every client is unique and has their own story and set of circumstances they need to navigate through. We are here to help them with the journey, and together create a SOLUTION that is a Win-Win for all involved.

Having the people, processes and systems in place is a vital to our success and our customers see this through our service and results.

At NextHome Solutions, our goal is to provide each client with a level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.

At least four times per year we host a client appreciation party as a thank you for trusting us with their business, and make sure they know they were more than just a transaction. They also become part of our unique top-of-mind Customer Care Experience program. This is our secret sauce, and all of our clients rave about it.

EXPERIENCE MATTERS 

Experience matters in this business, which is why at NextHome Solutions, we take self-development and industry training very seriously.

The consumer deserves better than "average", which is why at NextHome Solutions, all of our agents are REALTORS®. A REALTOR® is a licensed real estate salesperson who belongs to the National Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade group in the country. REALTORS® are held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a Code of Ethics. Not all licensed agents are REALTORS®, so the level of care can be compromised if a consumer works with "just anybody". 

NextHome Solutions agent partners spend a minimum of 10-to-12 hours of industry training and business development each month. The constant training and development discipline these agent partners share, shows in their interaction with clients, their negotiation skills, marketing strategies and client customer care. 

OFFICE COLLABORATION

At NextHome Solutions, we are a TEAM! Although many of our agent partners operate their own individual business, we still collaborate and help one another achieve at the highest level possible.

Yes we all have a competitive edge to be just a little better than the next collage, but in the end our culture is about helping everyone succeed, and helping grow as an office and a company. 

Growth is not in the number of agents we have on a roster. Growth means helping each other grow as a person, grow our production numbers, which means we helped MORE FAMILIES and PEOPLE with their real estate needs. 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

NextHome Solutions and our team members are committed to our communities by coming together and giving back where we can. 

At least once per month we look to get involved in volunteer events, organizing a team at a local fun run, put together food drives and much more.
